Key Responsibilities:- Provide a first-class service to residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work across various departments, including Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage, to deliver a seamless experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Flexible shift times between 7am and 7pm, including bank shifts.
- Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 plus 8 bank holidays.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
