Salary: Up to £38,000 + bonus - OTE £45,000+ (Uncapped) + benefits - Salary will be £2,000 higher if EV qualified
Job Type: Full-time and Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
Overtime: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings - paid as overtime
About the Role:
We are a well-respected Garage and we are looking to recruit a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester for our garage in Loughborough.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
- Is committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction.
- Helps achieve sales targets as set out by the service Manager.
- Ensures work is completed to a high standard at all times.
- Complies with Health & Safety Procedures.
- In exchange, we offer a competitive salary and bonus package and a stable working environment, we will invest in you and provide full training to be taught diagnostic, hybrid, and electric vehicle skills.
- Candidates must be a level 3 qualified Technician and have a valid MOT licence and hold a full and valid driving license.
