About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Capri Realty Real Estate. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for finding properties, listing them on our CRM system, receiving leads, and managing client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify potential properties
- List properties on our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Receive and manage client inquiries, qualifying leads and providing excellent customer service
- Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions
- Collect commission cheques and maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing
- Strong sales or marketing background
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Impressive personality with excellent presentation skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Proficient in English
- Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Willingness to join our team immediately
