At IDEX Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our successful support team in Hove. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level support to our Financial Planners, ensuring the smooth delivery of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new business submissions to relevant provider platforms, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Update our back-office system with new business and upload relevant documents.
  • Work with multiple provider platforms to add expectations for new monies.
  • Process switches, purchases, and sales of funds.
  • Pay out ad hoc income requests.
  • Prepare Annual Client Review Reports.
  • Support Advisers in collating information/documents for meetings.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.
