We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Occupational Health team at Lincolnshire Police. As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our health and safety services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain occupational health files, both electronically and in paper format, in line with departmental guidelines.
  • Undertake retention and disposal checks as required, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Request further medical evidence, ensuring written consent is in place.
  • Provide reception services for medicals, supporting our clinicians.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support resource planning by overseeing existing and future demands on the team.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes for publication.
  • Deputise for the Office Manager to ensure service continuity.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and the importance of confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving high levels of performance.
  • Tactful, diplomatic, and approachable.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexible, positive attitude, and ability to operate within deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate work effectively.
