About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, preferably in housing or commercial properties, and possess relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain plumbing work in residential and commercial properties, including general plumbing, kitchen, and bathroom fittings.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance, and respond to reactive issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a maintenance role.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driving license.
