We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wildlife Fundraiser. As a key member of our conservation team, you will play a vital role in driving positive change and inspiring others to join us in preserving nature.

About the Role

As a Wildlife Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with members of the public, spreading awareness about our conservation efforts, and inspiring individuals to become lifelong members. You will work independently, traveling to different venues, setting up fundraising stands, and interacting with people to promote our cause.

We are looking for someone with a passion for conservation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to targets. If you have experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service, that's a plus, but we are more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, a company van with fuel and parking costs paid for, and the flexibility to choose a contract between 3 to 5 days per week. You will also enjoy 34 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and opportunities for sabbaticals. Our team is dedicated to preserving nature and inspiring others to do the same, and we value your work-life balance and well-being.

Requirements
  • A passion for conservation and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines
  • A driver's license valid for use in the UK
  • Happy to work 3 out of 4 weekends
  • Happy to travel (on average) an hour away from home each day
  • Willingness to work outdoors and independently
