About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate nurse to take on the role of a Senior Pediatric Staff Nurse. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the care of our young patients in a dynamic environment.
The pediatric nursing team is comprised of dedicated professionals who collaborate closely with various departments to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring junior staff, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the quality of care provided.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary leadership and support to nursing teams.
- Facilitate the development of clinical skills among staff members.
- Ensure patient safety and high standards of care are maintained.
- Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to manage complex cases effectively.
To excel in this role, you should possess significant experience at a Band 5 level in a pediatric or acute care setting. You will receive support from senior nursing staff and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including accredited training and in-house programs.
