About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to contribute to our team's success. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by supporting the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager and Quality Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing the site's integrated Safety Management System (SMS), Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS).
  • Analyze data, calculate, and submit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track safety performance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety procedures, training, and incident reports.
Your Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline or position within the chemical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
