We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our electronic tagging service team as an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License with no more than 9 points.
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application).
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern: 10-week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
