Senior Conference Producer - Africa Energy Conferences

Media Search Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conference Producer to join our team and work on a prestigious series of online and in-person events focused on Africa's energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a high-quality portfolio of online and in-person events that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials and event programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, speakers, and media partners.
  • Work closely with our Group Director/CEO to develop a strategic plan for future event direction.
  • Manage and update our news feed with relevant content.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in conference production with a track record of success in growing delegate and sponsorship revenue.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel for events as needed.
