Platform Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Owner to join our team at IRIS - Networx Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our strategic business platforms, focusing on Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration technologies.

• Platform Leadership: Oversee and optimize our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements.
• Integration and Management: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
• Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Monitoring and Improvement: Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Technical Expertise: Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite. Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset.
