Role Overview

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Practice Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our dentists and staff to conduct treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain designated areas to the highest standards
  • Work to the cleaning standards of a dental practice, adhering to Health & Safety, COSHH, and relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records, including daily, weekly, monthly, six-monthly, and annual reports
  • Understand and implement National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2007 and 2021, and the National Colour Coding Scheme
  • Work to Infection Control measures and care for cleaning equipment
  • Ensure Personal Protective Equipment is used and handled correctly
  • Manage waste disposal, excluding hazardous or sharp waste
  • Understand confidentiality and carry out any other reasonable management requests

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of COSHH regulations is desirable
  • High attention to detail and excellent timekeeping
  • Ability to work independently and achieve client vetting clearance for the role
