SRG is seeking a skilled Analytical Chemist to join their team on a 6-month rolling contract.

Job Title: Analytical Chemist

Vacancy Type: Temporary Contract (6 Months Rolling to Permanent)

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Location: Loughborough Area

Salary: £14.55 - £17 per hour (37.5 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document analytical testing (HPLC) following cGMP requirements, delivering to plan on time in full.
  • Ensure quality of data delivered is fit for purpose, while working in a fast, flexible environment, with a strong focus on right first time.
  • Represent the department in a professional manner as and when required, when interacting with both internal and external customers and regulators.
  • Establish continuous improvement as part of normal everyday work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience with HPLC or equivalent.
  • Industry experience of analytical instrumentation, preferably HPLC, GC, MS, UPLC, and UV.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
