Senior Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Client Engagement Support to join our Corporate Client Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients deliver a successful workplace wellbeing offering to their employees and drive engagement with Vitality's Wellbeing Programme.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Corporate Renewals Specialist team to support the proactive engagement strategy of a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Run consultation calls with Corporate clients to establish wellbeing event requirements.
- Manage a variety of client event bookings from start through to delivery across Vitality's corporate client base.
- Deliver digital and face-to-face employer/employee education sessions, including presentations and tutorials.
- Promote and manage the administration of bespoke client engagement initiatives as they are introduced by Vitality.
- Collaborate with Vitality stakeholders and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client engagement initiatives.
- Have an in-depth understanding of Vitality's full suite of engagement services and benefits, including the Vitality programme.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with stakeholders at Administration and Manager levels.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organised, calm, and methodical under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Project management and account management experience, with a strong understanding of digital event platforms.
- Good technical understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
