As part of our team, you will support autistic and neurodivergent adults living in our residential homes to access the community, encouraging them in all aspects of their daily lives and helping them to live as safely and independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults to access a range of activities in the community, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Help develop independent living skills and encourage participation in community activities.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality support to adults.
