Job Title: Technical Team Planner

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Hythe

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Team Planner to join our close-knit team. As a Technical Team Planner, you will be responsible for planning and managing new work, including drawing control, optimizing manufacturing routes, and overseeing bills of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Manage New Work: Develop and implement plans to ensure efficient production processes, including drawing control, optimizing manufacturing routes, and overseeing bills of materials.
  • Process Machine Programs: Efficiently process machine programs to meet customer lead times, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team: Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Provide Hands-on Support: Contribute to problem-solving and skill development across the company, providing hands-on support for production activities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and proficiency in SolidWorks for CAD/CAM applications.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, highly motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
