About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Lead for Sustainable Solutions to join our team at Eco Careers LTD. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and delivery of regional and product-specific marketing communications plans for the pharma industry, as well as content marketing strategies for sustainability-related initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Global Commercialization Strategy: Support the development of the global commercialization strategy and go-to-market initiatives for solutions and specific categories in the pharma business with expected significant growth in the future.
  2. Sustainability Content Marketing: Develop a sustainability content marketing strategy focused on the creation and sharing of marketing materials that emphasizes Orbia's F&EM's long-term impact, authenticity, and environmental responsibility.
  3. Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and analyze customer journey mapping to align with the Global Strategic Marketing Director on the leverage points to activate in yearly marketing plans, including KPIs definition.
  4. Content Strategy and Calendar: Support the release of a global content strategy both for pharma and sustainability-related contents, including the maintenance of a detailed external editorial calendar (offline/online).
  5. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Commercial, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams (incl. Orbia CCO Team) to deliver the most appropriate marketing communications activities.
  6. Digital Content and Social Media: Implement and manage digital contents/strategies for the web (site navigation optimization, paid campaigns) and Social Media channels.
  7. Budget Management: Support the budget process and supervise the costs management for the categories (pharma/sustainability).
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's/master's degree.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication in English. Spanish speaking is not necessary but would be advantageous.
  3. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Marketing Communications.
  4. Digital and content marketing expertise are essential.
  5. Chemical/Pharma/Renewable Energies industry experience would be desirable.
  6. Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
