As a vital part of a dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service and efficient stock management to our clientele. Role Overview:
To excel as a Sales Associate, you will:
Provide prompt and courteous service consistently, assisting customers in locating their ideal products Convey your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our outstanding product range Engage in various store functions, including sales areas, stockrooms, and handling deliveries Take initiative in your personal developmentWe offer fantastic benefits (see detailed list below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who is always eager to assist Approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Enthusiastic about the demands of a diverse and fast-paced role Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to exceed expectationsIn accordance with Home Office guidelines, successful applicants will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
Next Steps
