HGV Class Two Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class Two driver to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering pallets to wholesalers, builders' yards, and RDCs, as well as collecting packages on your way back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-drop deliveries to various locations
  • Collection of packages on return journeys
  • Operating a HGV Class Two vehicle

Requirements:

  • HGV Class Two Licence
  • In-date CPC and Digi
  • No more than 6 points, no IN, DD, or DR penalty codes
  • At least 6 months of HGV experience

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts or ongoing work. Average shift length: 10 to 12 hours.

Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: £16.25 per hour, with overtime at £17.93 per hour after 8 hours
  • Saturdays and Sundays: £17.93 per hour
