This role will support the CFO and Financial Controller in producing management accounts, process improvement, reporting, and analysis work, as well as business partnering across operational departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support with external audit procedures.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
- Develop the finance function within the NetSuite ERP.
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insights.
- Review accounting processes for improvement and efficiency.
- Part-qualified or nearing the end of ACCA/CIMA studies.
- Previous experience with ERP implementation.
- Study support for CIMA/ACCA.
