Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at IRIS-Networx Services. As an IP Disputes Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of disputes and litigation cases, including pure IP and related commercial/contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of disputes and litigation cases, including pre-action, IPEC, High Court, and Court of Appeal litigation
  • Work on advertising/ASA complaints and assist on commercial and brand advisory work
  • Run your own smaller disputes matters, including drafting and client management
  • Support bigger disputes and litigation cases as part of a team
  • Supervise and support the development of trainees and paralegals in the team
  • Support business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified UK solicitor (c. 1-2 years PQE)
  • Litigation experience at another legal firm or chambers
  • Autonomous and efficient, with proven organisation and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • An excellent attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
