About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our clinical team at Outcomes First Group. As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will play a vital role in contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. You will also have a strong background in working with children and adults with complex needs, including trauma, mental health, and behaviours of concern.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist to deliver high-quality services. You will also be responsible for collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
