We are currently seeking a skilled CAD design engineer with experience in sheet metal, stainless steel, and mechanical handling to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our production manager and managing director to design and develop custom equipment for our valued customers, taking their ideas from concept to fully designed and manufactured products.


The Role:
As a design engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and controlling the design process on multiple projects
  • Creating cost-effective solutions for current and new products
  • Designing complete systems, including sub-assemblies and mechanisms
  • Contributing to development activities
  • Validating designs through reviews, stress analysis, assembly tolerances, and testing

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-level or equivalent design engineering qualification
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks)
  • Experience in sheet metal, conveyor, and general equipment knowledge
  • Experience in testing and experimenting with prototypes
  • Experience in the food industry
