We are seeking a kind and compassionate individual to join our Live-In care team at Home Instead Aylesbury Vale. As a Live-In Carer, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, including watching TV and participating in activities
- Support clients with dementia care and provide guidance on managing their condition
- Assist with transportation and running errands for clients
- At least one year of experience in a care setting or a similar role
- Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
