We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling residential conveyancing cases, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases from instruction to completion
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case progression and excellent client outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations
• Contribute to the development of the Conveyancing team and the organization as a whole

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong understanding of legal compliance in property transactions
