We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Protalent. As a key member of our Outsourced Finance Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and at least 2 years' experience in producing management accounts and bookkeeping. You will be confident in using cloud software, such as Xero, Futrli, and Fathom, and have excellent communication skills to engage with clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing management reports for a wide range of clients
- Supporting junior members of the management accounts team
- Getting involved in project-led tasks, such as budgeting and cash flow forecasts
- Supporting the Digital Solutions team by promoting digital solutions to clients and providing support during transitions to new digital platforms
