We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the planning function on allocated projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the effective project management and delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to plans taking full cognizance of logistics and project constraints.
- Interface constructively with the project team.
- Contribute to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team.
- Understand functional obligations under the form of contract.
- Review and capture productivity to measure progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Support sustainable design and procurement processes within integrated programs.
- Support health and safety through program integration.
- Establish and oversee project work plans and deadlines.
- Undertake tasks required to fulfill the requirements of the project/assignment.
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Exposure to the built environment and projects.
- Basic understanding of different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the project team on program drivers, goals, and issues.
- Effective time management skills.
- Working towards chartered registered membership of a relevant institution or accreditation from a recognized industry body.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
