About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for assuming control of a large client base and working closely with clients to ensure their initial experiences of our platform drive a successful long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring their initial experiences of the platform drive a successful long-term partnership
  • Assuming ownership of 'business as usual' client management, including check-ins, usage, and adoption
  • Managing a large portfolio of clients, requiring smart time management and effective client management strategies
  • Collaborating with the account manager to ensure renewals are managed efficiently, allowing you to focus on relationship and platform usage
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Executive or Manager role, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Alternatively, B2B client management experience is perfectly workable
  • Experience managing 100+ clients at the same time, with familiarity in delivering one-to-many communication
  • Technically savvy, with a keen interest in tech
  • High-energy and keen to get stuck in
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • The desire to learn and improve, with no ego
  • A team player, supporting the team, learning from the team, and being part of the team
  • Experience of working with Sales leaders or MD level decision makers
  • Experience of working with Public Sector organisations is beneficial
What We Offer
  • A base salary up to £34k, plus a £12k bonus
  • Unlimited comms and a company bonus
  • 25 Days holiday, plus BH
  • Hybrid working, 1x a week in office
