About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Bankhead Gate Brewers Fayre. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety procedures
