Senior AV Service Engineer Job Description

Zebrec is seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Service Engineer to join our team. As a Senior AV Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and reactive support of audio visual and videoconferencing systems to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Faultfinding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level, under pressure.
  • Preventative maintenance of client-owned equipment.
  • Configuration and fault finding of audio conferencing systems such as ClearOne or SoundStructure.
  • Networking knowledge to fault find IP integrated systems.
  • Support of TV/Satellite RF and Video systems.
  • Enthusiastic and organised approach to all assigned service activity.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience of supporting Corporate AV systems in a service environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment.
