Family Hub Practitioner Opportunity

Service Care Solutions is excited to offer a new and challenging role as a Family Hub Practitioner with Bolton Council.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our Children's Services team, contributing to the delivery of universal "Start for Life" programs and evidence-based interventions supporting families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact within the Family Hub, guiding families towards support services, particularly focusing on those most in need.
  • Deliver one-to-one and group-based support for children, young people, and families, addressing areas such as infant feeding, early learning, perinatal mental health, and parenting.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a multi-agency approach to safeguarding children and delivering early help services.
  • Provide strengths-based early interventions, including home learning and emotional well-being support, to promote healthier lifestyles.
Requirements
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care).
  • Experience working with families and children, delivering early help services, and working in a multi-agency setting.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
