Job Description

Orchestry Software Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Partner Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365.

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in the region. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, as well as nurturing existing partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Identification and Recruitment: Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA region to expand our reach and impact in the market.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities to maximize the potential of our partnerships.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
