Job Title: KS2 Class TeacherJob Overview:

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified and experienced KS2 Class Teacher to join our team of education professionals. As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes social-emotional development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student development and achieve academic success.
  • Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing training to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong classroom management abilities, and proficiency in using educational technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE): A postgraduate qualification in education can be beneficial in enhancing teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Experience with SEN Students: Experience working with students with special educational needs can be an asset in creating inclusive learning environments.
Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a school setting, following term-time schedules, and collaborating with other teaching staff and parents to support students' learning and development.
