Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Homecare Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Homecare Aides and ensure they are following their scheduled programs for each participant.
• Monitor the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare schedules and memos for Homecare Aides, and review monthly activity reports to ensure alignment with participant plans.
• Conduct quarterly unannounced visits to Family Homecare Aides to ensure quality care.
• Assist with pre-employment and semi-annual trainings, and attend meetings and conferences as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment.
• A physical exam within the past 6 months, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivation, creativity, flexibility, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work as a productive team member.

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $40,000 per year.
