About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Peri Chef to join our team at Bupa, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a varied and nutritious menu that meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, utilizing your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen.
• Train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience, leveraging your natural leadership skills.
• Stay innovative in your approach to cooking and maintain high standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality culinary experience.
• Manage all mandatory paperwork, including adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and managing orders and deliveries.
• Cater for special events or seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays, as required.
