A renowned French patisserie, also engaged in retail operations, is on the lookout for a talented and innovative Demi Pastry Chef to enhance their growing team.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in producing a diverse array of premium pastry creations, thereby elevating the bakery's esteemed reputation as it continues to flourish.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for career advancement within a vibrant and dedicated culinary setting.



Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct regular inventory assessments and procure essential ingredients.
*Accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
*Assist in the creation of various pastry products, chocolate confections, and mixes as required.
*Acquire knowledge of new and seasonal recipes introduced by the Head Pastry Team.
*Contribute ideas for innovative and seasonal offerings to the Head Pastry Team.
*Maintain precise records and uphold exemplary food safety and hygiene practices.
*Support the training of Trainee Pastry Chefs.
*Efficiently and safely operate a range of kitchen equipment.
*Ensure a consistently clean and sanitary workspace.
*Successfully produce all pastry items in accordance with the established production timeline.
