Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise during the presales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and solutions to effectively address customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of detailed proposals and technical documentation to support the sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in a presales or similar technical role, with a strong understanding of enterprise storage solutions.
  • Experience with storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels.
