About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team at Remedy Social Work. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and delivering our NEC housing IT business system project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the NEC housing IT business system project
  • Collaborate with our IT colleagues, implementation partner, and system supplier to ensure a coordinated approach
  • Work closely with our Housing service team to deliver the project
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of the NEC housing IT system
Requirements
  • Experience working in the Housing Service
  • Significant experience in implementing the NEC housing system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with Mondays to Fridays working from home and Wednesdays working from the office. This role is required until the project completion in November 2025.
