Senior Construction Supervisor - Flat Roofing & Facades

Doufre Construction is a prominent name in the flat roofing and facades sector, recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to lead our projects effectively.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various flat roofing and facade projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to project management and a strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout all phases of construction.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to site teams, fostering a culture of productivity and quality.
  • Address and resolve any onsite challenges promptly to minimize project disruptions.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the flat roofing and facades domain.
  • Valid Black CSCS Card.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline are advantageous.
