At Jobbankentrepreneur, we are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Fee Earner in the Industrial Disease area of law to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can maintain an independent caseload from inception to settlement or issuing, handling a varied case load of pre-litigation Industrial Disease work.
We are looking for a talented individual who can propel their career with our firm, which offers training facilities to assist with career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work to settle claims on favourable terms for the client within our operational policy and the relevant guidelines.
- Liaise with relevant parties and experts associated with the claim.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure cases are rotated and actioned within the guidelines while maintaining WIP.
- Liaise with the overall department about case strategy and progression.
- Previous experience in dealing with NIHL/Industrial Disease claims is essential.
Required Skills:
- Passionate about customer service and care.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced and close-knit team environment.
- Good computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
- Target/goal driven.
- Experience with MOJ portal and Proclaim is desirable.
