Job Opportunity: English GCSE Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with and complete all relevant company documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted, QCF, and company regulations at all times, guaranteeing that portfolios and learner files meet awarding body criteria

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Actively participate in and promote the safeguarding of children, young people, and vulnerable adults
  • Practice and promote the importance of equal opportunities and diversity considerations, both for learners and within the workplace
  • Attend bi-monthly team meetings and standardization meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to national standards
  • Work towards further professional qualifications to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Organize and maintain a CPD file, ensuring current occupational competence is up-to-date and recorded
  • Promote College values and adhere to safeguarding policies
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities
