Your New Opportunity...
As a Creative Copywriter for our sports division, you will collaborate with a talented internal creative team based in multiple locations, focusing on crafting compelling narratives and engaging content for our sports brands. Your role will involve generating innovative ideas for campaigns, producing long-form content, and executing quick copy edits to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities...
- Develops imaginative copy (campaign slogans, promotional scripts, newsletters, etc.) in English for comprehensive campaigns across various platforms.
- Creates captivating and persuasive content that captures consumer interest, with a strong understanding of different media formats. Proficient in tailoring copy for social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
- Responds constructively to feedback and revises copy while preserving its effectiveness, demonstrating excellent grammar and spelling skills, even under tight deadlines.
- Writes scripts for video content and collaborates with designers to produce clear storyboards that effectively communicate concepts.
- Oversees translations and adaptations in multiple languages, ensuring the original meaning and impact are maintained.
- Interprets and adheres to brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Actively participates in brainstorming sessions with creative leads to develop innovative ideas for global campaigns.
- Presents and advocates for creative concepts internally and with external partners.
- Guides production teams to bring creative ideas to fruition.
Qualifications and Experience...
- Proven experience as a copywriter in a creative agency, with a background in advertising, journalism, or web content.
- Enthusiastic about sports and television, with a solid understanding of digital, social, and traditional media.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in English, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Creative, innovative, and persuasive, with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams.
