The Cooneen Group is seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist to join their Production Team at the Fivemiletown site. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure to meet targets and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the sewing and manufacturing of garments using flatbed sewing machines
* Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing needles and threads
* Ensure all sewn products meet client specifications before packing and dispatch
* Work effectively in a team environment and support overtime when required

Requirements:

* 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics, Grade C or above
* Excellent communication and planning/organising skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships easily
* Previous sewing experience is desirable but not essential
