About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve patient care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and excellent clinical skills. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.
