Position Overview
Winner Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the role of Welder/Fabricator. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience following their apprenticeship.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Welder/Fabricator, you will report directly to the Supervisor and will be tasked with:
1. Repairing and rebuilding a variety of ground engaging buckets and attachments.
2. Manufacturing new components as required.

Essential Skills:
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:
- Utilizing general hand tools effectively.
- Operating oxy/acetylene cutting equipment.
- Executing multi-run fillet welds with precision.
