**About the Role:**

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing occupational rehabilitation and consulting services to our clients. This will involve conducting workplace assessments, developing and implementing interventions strategies, and monitoring progress towards recovery milestones. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of our company's services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers to successful return to work or recovery outcomes
* Develop and implement interventions strategies, workplace plans, and goals
* Monitor progress towards recovery milestones
* Collaborate with clients, including employers, insurance companies, government agencies, medical practitioners, and injured workers
* Deliver a wide range of consulting services using your existing clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills

**Requirements:**

* Tertiary OT qualification
* At least 1-2 years of work experience in the UK
* Eligible to apply for an Australian work visa
* Driving license and willingness to drive in Australia for work purposes
* A keen and genuine interest to relocate to Australia within the immediate to near future
