We are seeking a committed Retail Operations Supervisor who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our friendly Asda Express Store. Our Retail Operations Supervisors play a crucial role in managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager; they are the right-hand person to the Store Manager.

As the second-in-command, you will be instrumental in ensuring the team operates efficiently. Your focus will be on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
