About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Curator to join our team at Talent Guardian. As a Product Curator, you will play a critical role in shaping the product assortment on our website and marketplaces, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Curation: Curate and organize product assortments on the website and marketplaces, ensuring that products are accurately represented and easily discoverable by customers.
  • Product Information Management: Ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up-to-date on the website.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels across channels, making recommendations on trading initiatives and stock replenishments to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external and internal vendors to ensure that product images, content, and data sheets are fulfilled in a timely manner and meet our quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop in-house reporting dashboards to improve transparency across the organization, providing insights into product performance and customer behavior.
  • Seasonal Planning: Work with the production team to demand plan the seasonal buy, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a merchandising or similar role, with a strong background in product curation and management.
  • Skills: Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic merchandising decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £32k - £35k per annum.
  • Annual Leave: 22 days annual leave rising to 25 days after the qualifying length of service.
  • Working Hours: 9.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, office-based.
  • Clothing Allowance: £1,000 per annum.
  • Fun Days: Regular team-building activities, including sailing, paddleboarding, BBQs, and team birthday lunches.
