Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our Store to Home team in Swansea. As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for delivering B&Q products to customers' homes in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver B&Q products to customers' homes in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in good condition
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Valid C1 driving license
  • At least 2 years' experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.01
  • Additional £5.50 per hour when working Sunday
  • Potential to earn an additional £100 every 6 months via the attendance bonus scheme (T&Cs apply)
  • Overtime pay of £19.52 per hour (when applicable, paid over 40hrs)

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures. The role will involve working in a warehouse and on the road, and the candidate will be required to wear a uniform and follow all health and safety guidelines.
